Comedian Jamie Foxx turns out his own comedian act concerning who he thinks should be president. His requirements are simply “they must be cool no matter what”, in other words not get excited, nor panic. Comedian Jamie Foxx decides that he thinks the best candidate would be Shaq, and he wants Shaq to be the next president.
